Here are available resources for help on mental health disorders:

1) SAMHSA’S National Helpline

This helpline is free, confidential, 24/7, and helps those facing substance abuse and/or mental health disorders. Services is available in English and Spanish. The professional advisor will help with treatment referrals and information service.

2) 988 Suicide & Crisis 24/7 Lifeline

988 Suicide is a an anonymous source of information for individuals seeking treatment in the US OR U.S. Territories for substance abuse and/or mental health disorders.

Upon calling, an automated service will present various options to connect you to your local lifeline Network center. You may briefly put on hold and hear music until you are connected to your local crisis worker. This person will help you by listening to you to understand how your situation is affecting you and to connect you to the appropriate resources to get you the help you need.

3) 24/7 Veteran Support Line

This support line is for Veterans and for their loved ones. You do not have to be enrolled in VA benefits to receive support from this hotline or have health insurance. Qualified professionals will be readily available to support veterans seeking support.
